  • Our products are premium Medjool dates, filled with natural nut butters and whole nuts, then enrobed in chocolate and delicately finished with nuts, botanicals and other toppings.

  • Yes – every Palm & Cocoa creation is made by hand in Perth, Western Australia, ensuring artisanal quality in every bite. Our products are crafted in small batches with care. Given the nature of working with nature’s fruits, each and every Medjool varies in size and appearance.

  • Our products contain tree nuts (Almond, Brazil, Cashew, Walnut, and Pistachio), as well as milk. They may also contain traces of soy and gluten. They are not suitable for those with allergies. Full allergen details, ingredients and nutritional panel are provided on our packaging.

  • Yes - every Palm & Cocoa creation is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because of this, we recommend placing your order in advance, especially for gifts, events, or custom requests, so we can prepare your creations with the utmost care they deserve.

  • All of our premium Medjool dates are sourced from South Australia.

  • Keep it chill - literally. For optimal freshness, we strongly recommend storing your dates in the fridge and savouring them within 4 weeks upon opening (though they’ll disappear way sooner!). They can also be frozen for up to 3 months (our secret stash spot) – simply thaw before indulging.

  • Currently we only offer pick-up or delivery (with minimum spend) across the Perth metro area. When delivering, we use chilled methods where possible to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

  • At this stage, our products are not vegan or certified gluten-free. We are exploring future plant-based varieties – stay tuned!

  • You can choose from our variety packs or curate your own selection to suit your palate or gifting needs. We can also customise greeting cards for larger orders.

  • Yes - this is what we do best! :) Our corporate and personal gifting options are presented in beautiful gourmet, delicatessen style packaging with either 3 or 12 dates. Get in touch with us via the Custom Orders page on our website to chat all things dates and customisation.
